Consultations and program proposals are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quoted pricing is valid for the period stated in the written quotation and is subject to availability of placements, homestays and travel dates.
A program is confirmed once the written proposal is accepted and any deposit stated in the quotation is received. Payment terms, deposits and refund conditions are set out in your individual program agreement.
Itineraries may be adjusted where required by partner schools, host families, travel providers or circumstances outside our control. We will notify you of material changes as soon as practicable.
